Descrizione

This webinar will explore the significant role of public-private cooperation in promoting sustainability within agrifood systems. Hosted by the ICC’s Agrifood Hubs, the event will involve the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Academia Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, and Lavazza, a prominent private company engaged in sustainability initiatives. Our discussion will examine the multifaceted challenges faced by global food systems and explore potential synergies and collaborative approaches between governments, academia, and private entities. FAO will also present the Hand in Hand initiative forum, in which ICC is a partner, highlighting opportunities for the private sector.

Moreover, the webinar will showcase innovative strategies and policy frameworks that can enhance sustainable agricultural practices, promote food security, mitigate environmental impacts, and ensure inclusive development. By bringing together expertise from diverse stakeholders, our aim is to identify efficient and collaborative methodologies for agrifood systems.
